TAKE ACTION
Nonprofit Summit
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Mayor’s Nonprofit Summit, a morning dedicated to connection, shared learning, and collaboration across Danbury’s nonprofit community.
It was powerful to bring together nonprofit leaders, advocates, and partners for meaningful conversations focused on strengthening our collective impact and better serving our community.
We’re especially grateful to the Mayor’s Office, Danbury Collective, and Capitol Hill Group for their partnership in making this gathering possible.
United Way of CT ALICE Advocacy in Action: 2026 Legislative Session Recap

While key relief measures were preserved, including the Earned Income Tax Credit boost, we remain committed to advancing a bold CT Child Tax Credit for families still struggling to make ends meet.
Check out the webinar recording to learn more about important investments for CT families, including 211, school meals and early childhood education.
