🎧 Rooted in Impact

This week on Rooted in Impact, host Ashley Gaudiano sits down with Andrew Ferguson to explore what it takes to build a stronger culture of service, leadership, and community connection across Connecticut.

Andrew shares the vision behind Redwood Endeavors, the development of Redwood Fellows, and the launch of The Neighborhood—a statewide network designed to connect, support, and celebrate volunteers and civic leaders. Together, they discuss how investing in people and relationships can strengthen communities and drive lasting impact. 🎧Tune in here.
