TAKE ACTION

Two in Five CT Families Can’t Afford the Basics—Here’s How We Can Help

In CT, more than 580,000 ALICE families or 40% of households - are working hard but still can’t afford basics like housing, child care, food, and health care. Rising costs, stagnant wages, and economic uncertainty are hitting them first and hardest, leaving many without the protection they need to get by.

Together, we can strengthen the foundation for families and ensure stability and dignity for all by investing in CT’s 211 system and implementing a CT Child Tax Credit. Show your support – Email your legislator today.

Today is National Voter Registration Day!

National Voter Registration Day is a nonpartisan civic holiday celebrating our democracy. Learn more and check out additional resources for your organization HERE. Visit MyVote.CT.gov for everything you need to know about voting in Connecticut.
